The history of Sri Datta Sai Mandiram Ayyavaripalem — the story of a village that refused to let its faith fade, told chapter by chapter.
Every temple begins with faith. The dream of establishing Sri Datta Sai Mandiram in Ayyavaripalem started in 2011, when the devotees and elders of the village came together with a shared vision — to create a sacred place dedicated to Shirdi Sai Baba.
One of the most significant milestones in this journey was the generous donation of land. Responding to the heartfelt request of the villagers, he came forward and gave the land for the temple — making the dream a reality.

On 21 April 2016, Sri Datta Sai Mandiram officially opened its doors to devotees. The day marked a historic moment for the entire village — a dream, held for five years, finally realised.
Running a temple requires continuous support. During the early years, a severe drought affected the village's economy.
Maintaining daily expenses, supporting the priest and conducting temple activities became increasingly difficult — but faith held firm.
Around 2018, something extraordinary happened. Young men and women from Ayyavaripalem who had moved to different cities for employment came together — voluntarily — with the entire village standing behind them. Their monthly contributions began to sustain the temple.
